I've worked with Alicia in various capacities over the last 10+ years and she is one of the most reliable and hardworking people I know. She brings to the table years of experience, a passion for higher education, and a genuine desire to improve processes and make things better for everyone involved. Alicia provided support on a recent project and quickly mastered the scope and importance of the work and delivered a sense of reassurance as well as exceptional results. Alicia's expertise and guidance would be invaluable to any institution.

Alicia knows how admissions offices should be organized, programmed, and staffed to meet and exceed their performance targets. She is talented in proposing creative marketing solutions and knows how to communicate effectively with today's students—what it takes to convert them from prospects to enrollees.
